Wicked people deceive themselves into believing that they will be all right for eternity, but their destruction is guaranteed, as an answer to King David’s prayer:
Psalm 58:1-11, “Do you rulers speak righteousness? Do you judge uprightly, you people? 2No, you commit wickedness in your heart; you distribute violence throughout the land with your hands. 3The wicked go astray even when they were in the womb; they go astray from birth, speaking lies. 4Their poison is like a snake’s poison; they are like a deaf adder that stops up its ears, 5that pays no attention to the voice of charmers, no matter how skillful they are. 6Break their teeth in their mouths, Almighty One; break out the great teeth of the young lions, Yehovah. 7Let them melt away as water that runs off; when they shoot their arrows, let them be as though they had no points. 8Let them be like a snail that melts and passes away, like the untimely-born child of a woman that never sees the sunlight. 9Before your pots can feel the thorn’s burning heat, he will take them away with a whirlwind, the green thorns and the burning thorns alike. 10The righteous will rejoice when he sees Yehovah’s vengeance; he will wash his feet in the blood of the wicked, 11so that men will say, “Truly, there is a reward for the righteous person; truly there is an Almighty One who judges the earth.”
Psalm 37:38, “Sinners will be totally destroyed; the future for the wicked man is cut off.”
Proverbs 14:11, “The house of wicked people will be destroyed, but the tent of upright people will flourish.”
Psalm 94:23, “He will bring on them their own iniquity and will cut them off in their own wickedness. Yehovah our Almighty will cut them off.”
Psalm 28:3-5, “Do not drag me away with the wicked, those who do iniquity, who speak peace with their neighbors but have evil in their hearts. 4Give them what their deeds deserve and repay them what their wickedness demands, repay them for the work of their hands and render to them their due. 5Because they do not understand the deeds of Yehovah or the work of his hands, he will tear them down and never rebuild them.”
Psalm 73:19, “How they become a wilderness in a moment! They come to an end and are finished in awful terrors.”
Psalm 92:7, “When the wicked sprout like the grass, and even when all the evildoers thrive, still they are doomed to eternal destruction.”
2 Peter 3:6, “and that through these things, the world of that time was destroyed, being flooded with water.”
Proverbs 10:29, “The way of Yehovah protects those who have integrity, but it is destruction for the wicked.”
Ezekiel 13:14, “For I will tear down the wall that you have covered with whitewash, and I will demolish it to the ground and lay bare its foundations. So it will fall, and you will be annihilated in the middle of it all. Then you will know that I am Yehovah.”
Hosea 7:13, “Woe to them! For they have strayed from me. Devastation is coming to them! They have rebelled against me! I would have rescued them, but they spoke lies against me.”
Daniel 8:25, “By his craftiness he will make deceit prosper under his hand. He will become great in his own mind. He will unexpectedly destroy many people. He will even rise up against the King of kings, and he will be broken, but not by any human hand.”
Philippians 1:28, “And do not be frightened in any respect by those who are your opponents. This is a sign to them of their destruction, but of your salvation, and this from Yehovah.”
1 Timothy 6:9, “Now those who want to become wealthy fall into temptation, into a trap. They fall into many foolish and harmful passions, and into whatever else makes people sink into ruin and destruction.”
Romans 9:22, “What if Yehovah, who is willing to show his wrath and to make his power known, endured with much patience containers of wrath prepared for destruction?”
Philippians 3:19, “Their destiny is destruction. For their god is their stomach, and their pride is in their shame. They think about earthly things.”
2 Thessalonians 1:9, “They will suffer the punishment of eternal destruction away from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of his power.”
2 Timothy 2:14, “Keep reminding them of these things. Warn them before Yehovah not to quarrel about words. Because of this there is nothing useful. Because of this there is destruction for those who listen.”
2 Peter 2:3, “With greediness they will make a profit off of you with deceptive words. Their condemnation does not delay for long; their destruction does not sleep.”
2 Peter 2:12, “But these mindless animals are naturally made for capture and destruction. They do not know what they insult. They will be destroyed.”
2 Peter 3:7, “But now the heavens and the earth are reserved for fire by that same command. They are reserved for the day of judgment and the destruction of the ungodly people.”
Jude 1:10, “But these people bring slanders against whatever they do not understand. And what they do understand, what unreasoning animals know by instinct, these are what destroyed them.”
2 Thessalonians 2:8-12, “Then the Torahless one will be revealed, whom Lord Yeshua will kill with the Ruach of his mouth. The Lord will bring him to nothing by the manifestation of his coming. 9The lawless one’s coming will be due to the work of Satan with all power, signs, and false wonders, 10and with all deceit of unrighteousness. These things will be for those who are perishing, because they did not receive the love of the truth for them to be saved. 11For this reason Yehovah is sending them a work of error so that they would believe a lie. 12The result is that they will all be judged, those who did not believe the truth but instead took pleasure in unrighteousness.”
The King is coming back to earth to reign over his people for all eternity. Are you ready to meet him face to face? Will you stand in righteousness before him?
2 Thessalonians 2:13-17 “But we should always give thanks to Yehovah for you, brothers loved by the Lord. For Yehovah chose you as the firstfruits for salvation in sanctification of the Ruach and belief in the truth. 14This is what he called you to through our gospel to obtain the glory of our Lord Yeshua Messiah. 15So then, brothers, stand firm. Grasp the traditions that you were taught, whether by word or by our letter. 16Now may our Lord Yeshua Messiah himself, and Yehovah our Father who loved us and gave us eternal comfort and good confidence for the future through grace, 17comfort and establish your hearts in every good work and word.”
Turn from your wicked ways today and turn your life over to Yeshua HaMashiach. Ask him to forgive you and to wash you clean in his own blood that he shed for you. You may not have another chance to get your soul saved. Ask him to save you today.
