The Day is Coming
Zechariah 14:1-4, “Behold, the day of Yahweh is coming,
And your spoil will be divided in your midst.
2 For I will gather all the nations to battle against Jerusalem;
The city shall be taken,
The houses rifled,
And the women ravished.
Half of the city shall go into captivity,
But the remnant of the people shall not be cut off from the city.
3 Then Yahweh will go forth
And fight against those nations,
As He fights in the day of battle.
4 And in that day His feet will stand on the Mount of Olives,
Which faces Jerusalem on the east.
And the Mount of Olives shall be split in two,
From east to west,
Making a very large valley;
Half of the mountain shall move toward the north
And half of it toward the south.”
I’ve been telling people for years that the Judgment Day of Yahweh is coming upon the face of the whole earth. Yahweh has an appointment set on His divine calendar that He intends to keep. That day has been scheduled from the foundation of the world age. That day described by Zechariah is the return of Yeshua HaMashiach, Jesus Christ, His Second Coming, when He will establish His Kingdom over this world’s nations. Notice whose will it is for the nations to come and fight against Jerusalem, “I will”. Yahweh intends to spank Jerusalem and the modern State of Israel, made up primarily of the tribe of Judah, the Jews, one last time. I did not make this up, Yahweh said it through Zechariah the prophet, hundreds of years before Yeshua incarnated to His earthly life as the Son of man.
Zechariah describes here what Daniel saw in vision many years before in Daniel 2:31-35, “You, O king, were watching; and behold, a great image! This great image, whose splendor was excellent, stood before you; and its form was awesome. 32This image’s head was of fine gold, its chest and arms of silver, its belly and thighs of bronze, 33its legs of iron, its feet partly of iron and partly of clay. 34You watched while a stone was cut out without hands, which struck the image on its feet of iron and clay, and broke them in pieces. 35Then the iron, the clay, the bronze, the silver, and the gold were crushed together, and became like chaff from the summer threshing floors; the wind carried them away so that no trace of them was found. And the stone that struck the image became a great mountain and filled the whole earth.”
Daniel describes Yeshua’s Second Coming. Yeshua is the Stone, the chief Cornerstone, once rejected, soon to come and destroy all the nations of the earth simultaneously, His Kingdom being the mountain that then fills the whole earth. You have to be spiritually blind not to see what is about to happen in the Middle East and around the globe. We’ve seen the earthquakes and nasty weather, signs in heaven and wars and rumors of wars. The world will soon be consumed in war. The famines and disease are increasing, soon we will see food and energy wars that will increase famine and disease even more. Few humans will survive what is coming before Yeshua returns, not to mention what happens when He returns. 2 Thessalonians 2:5-12, “Do you not remember that when I was still with you I told you these things? 6And now you know what is restraining, that he (the Antimessiah) may be revealed in his own time. 7For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only He who now restrains will do so until He is taken out of the way. (Looks like Holy Spirit leaves with us in the Rapture.) 8And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Master will consume with the breath of His mouth and destroy with the brightness of His coming. 9The coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and lying wonders, 10and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved. 11And for this reason Yahweh will send them strong delusion, that they should believe the lie, 12that they all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness.”
Make no mistake, the line in the spiritual sand is being drawn daily. Yeshua knows who are His and who His enemies are. Duh, He is our omniscient omnipotent King. So, what should we do until we are raptured or resurrected? 1 Corinthians 1:4-9, “I thank my Mighty One always concerning you for the grace of Yahweh which was given to you by Messiah Yeshua, 5that you were enriched in everything by Him in all utterance and all knowledge, 6even as the testimony of Messiah was confirmed in you, 7so that you come short in no gift (charismati), eagerly waiting for the (Book of) revelation of our Master Yeshua Mashiach, 8who will also confirm you to the end, that you may be blameless in the day of our Master Yeshua Mashiach. 9Yahweh is faithful, by whom you were called into the fellowship of His Son, Yeshua Mashiach our Master.” Romans 1:7-11, “To all who are in Rome, beloved of Yahweh, called to be saints: Grace (charis) to you and peace from Yahweh our Father and the Master Yeshua Mashiach. 8First, I thank my Mighty One through Yeshua Mashiach for you all, that your faith is spoken of throughout the whole world. 9For Yahweh is my witness, whom I serve with my spirit in the gospel of His Son, that without ceasing I make mention of you always in my prayers, 10making request if, by some means, now at last I may find a way in the will of Yahweh to come to you. 11For I long to see you, that I may impart to you some spiritual gift (charisma), so that you may be established” What should we do until the end? Exercise our gifts in the Master. Deliver some, heal some, feed some, clothe some, house some, give drink to some. You cannot learn the gifts by study or research, they are imparted, often by the laying on of hands. They are supernatural gifts from Yahweh for use in changing natural circumstances. Once you have received the impartation of these gifts, you can’t get away from them, for Romans 11:29 says, “For the gifts (charismata) and the calling of Yahweh are irrevocable.”
1 Corinthians 9:19-23, “For though I am free from all men, I have made myself a servant to all, that I might win the more; 20and to the Jews I became as a Jew, that I might win Jews; to those who are under the Torah, as under the Torah, that I might win those who are under the Torah; 21to those who are without Torah, as without Torah (not being without Torah toward Yahweh, but under Torah toward Messiah), that I might win those who are without Torah; 22to the weak I became as weak, that I might win the weak. I have become all things to all men, that I might by all means save some. 23Now this I do for the gospel’s sake, that I may be partaker of it with you.” Romans 11:13b-15, “I magnify my ministry, 14if by any means I may provoke to jealousy those who are my flesh and save some of them. 15For if their being cast away is the reconciling of the world, what will their acceptance be but life from the dead?” Yahweh may have rejected Israel, Jews, Judah, for a time, but when Hebrews turn to Yeshua, look out, life in the Kingdom has come upon you.
Our dying daily is so Yeshua can minister His life through us to His people. 1 Cor. 15:31, “I affirm, by the boasting in you which I have in Messiah Yeshua our Master, I die daily.” Galatians 2:17-21, ““But if, while we seek to be justified by Messiah, we ourselves also are found sinners, is Messiah therefore a minister of sin? Certainly not! 18For if I build again those things which I destroyed, I make myself a transgressor. 19For I through the Torah died to the Torah that I might live to Yahweh. 20I have been crucified with Messiah; it is no longer I who live, but Messiah lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of Yahweh, who loved me and gave Himself for me. 21I do not set aside the grace (charin) of Yahweh; for if righteousness comes through the Torah, then Messiah died in vain.”” Luke 9:23-27, “Then He said to them all, “If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his execution stake daily, and follow Me. 24For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake will save it. 25For what profit is it to a man if he gains the whole world, and is himself destroyed or lost? 26For whoever is ashamed of Me and My words, of him the Son of Man will be ashamed when He comes in His own glory, and in His Father’s, and of the holy angels. 27But I tell you truly, there are some standing here who shall not taste death till they see the kingdom of Yahweh.””
The Day of Yahweh is coming; the Day of Yeshua is coming, and when He comes, you don’t want to be ashamed when standing before Him. So, serve Him today by serving His people, then later He will serve you. Luke 12:35-40, “Let your waist be girded and your lamps burning; 36and you yourselves be like men who wait for their master, when he will return from the wedding, that when he comes and knocks they may open to him immediately. 37Blessed are those servants whom the master, when he comes, will find watching. Assuredly, I say to you that he will gird himself and have them sit down to eat, and will come and serve them. 38And if he should come in the second watch, or come in the third watch, and find them so, blessed are those servants. 39But know this, that if the master of the house had known what hour the thief would come, he would have watched and not allowed his house to be broken into. 40Therefore you also be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at an hour you do not expect.”
