Not Much Delay Left
Hebrews 10:37-38, “For yet a little while (two days or two thousand years), and Hewho is coming will come and will nottarry (take time, linger, delay). 38Now the just shall live by faith; but if anyone draws back, my soul has no pleasure in him.”
Revelation 10:5-7, “The angel whom I saw standing on the sea and on the land raised up his hand to heaven 6and swore by Him who lives forever and ever, who created heaven and the things that are in it, the earth and the things that are in it, and the sea and the things that are in it, that there should be delay (of time or an interval of time) no longer, 7but in the days of the sounding of the seventh angel, when he is about to sound, the mystery of Yahweh would be finished, as He declared to His servants the prophets.”
2 Peter 3:8, “But, beloved, do not forget this one thing, that with Yahweh one day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.”
We were commanded by Yeshua to be clock watchers, but really now, two thousand years (2 days) since Yeshua walked the dusty roads of Israel is about enough delay isn’t it? We do not dare charge Yeshua with anything, but we can certainly petition our King to hurry. If He is going to do the pre-tribulation rapture thing, then we should be lifting off any second now. Yeshua has made covenants and promises to His people; He has obligations to fulfill. We love His appearing, we desire His Kingdom to be established on this planet. We long for the day when we will crown Him on earth as our King of kings and Master of masters. Coronation Day will be the culmination of 2,000 years of Church work, which some call the daily, which may soon be taken away from us, as described in the little book of Daniel.
Hosea 6:1-3, “Come, and let us return to Yahweh;
For He has torn, but He will heal us;
He has stricken, but He will bind us up.
2 After two days He will revive us;
On the third day He will raise us up,
That we may live in His sight.
3 Let us know,
Let us pursue the knowledge of Yahweh.
His going forth is established as the morning;
He will come to us like the rain,
Like the latter and former rain to the earth.”
Over the decades of waiting for Yeshua to return to earth, I’ve heard, used, and even sang songs with the phrase Maranatha, come Master Yeshua! I always thought the phrase was in Revelation 22:20, but actually, the word maranatha is used only once in the New Testament, found in 1 Cor. 16:22, “If any man love not the Master Yeshua HaMashiach, let him be Anathema (banned or excommunicated) Maranatha (our Master has come).” The term maranatha was used by our early church brethren speaking of the approaching divine judgment; it became a common church greeting. It’s a great end-time word. Yeshua’s Second Coming is a sure thing. It’s rapture/resurrection for His people, it’s judgment for His enemies. The judgment part is encapsulated in the exclamation – Maranatha!
The 21 judgments of the Great Tribulation are not intended for Yahweh’s people, but for the impenitent, the rebellious sinner. It just makes sense for the Church to be raptured before the horrendous judgments befall this dying planet.
I see Iran shot down one of our spy planes. That could and should be a trigger to make us attack Iran, but we aren’t that aggressive in America anymore. I keep seeing the statement that Iran is at war with us, but are we at war with them? We should be. It may take a lot more than a shot down spy plane to launch the war found in Daniel 8. If Yeshua delays much longer, America and Great Britain may not have the military capability to launch any war, against Iran, or anyone else. Great Britain’s navy is virtually no more. I read last week that virtually every ship in the U.S. Navy is out to sea with at least one major system not functioning, from an engine, to combat systems, to missile systems, you name it. Where does that DOD budget go, if not to keep up our combat readiness? That’s a question you should be asking your Congressmen and Senators. This ain’t your father’s or grandfather’s military machine anymore. We haven’t won a skirmish or war since World War II. We might win a battle against Iran, if we do it soon, maybe before they gain nuclear capability, but in the end we lose the war. After the little battle that crushes the ram of Islam, Daniel states in 8:8, “Therefore the male goat (from the West) grew very great; but when he became strong, the large horn was broken, and in place of it four notable ones came up toward the four winds of heaven.” That large horn represents our presidency, our federal civil government. Broken will, broken morally, broken financially, broken militarily, broken families, broken businesses, broken vision; the West is not the West we used to be. Soon, the West will be unrecognizable to us older folks.
So, in your watching and praying, continue to pray for the peace of Jerusalem, but don’t forget to pray for America and the former British Empire nations. Many of Yahweh’s people have lost their way, but we know we’re going up/out/over/into the Kingdom . . . soon. Keep oil in your lamps. Build yourself up in your most holy faith. Pray in the Spirit. Prepare for martyrdom and to meet your Maker.
Bless you all,
Gene Benjamin II
