Decrypting Daniel 12:11-12
Our Near Future Deadly Clock Reset
First, I want to thank two great men of Yahovah for the inspiration for this study. Charles Wheeling and Pastor F.M. Riley. Mr. Wheeling introduced me to the fact that we will be facing a clock/calendar reset soon, when something in the heavenlies hits or near misses the earth and we go back from a 365 ¼ day solar year to the biblical and prophetic 360 day solar year. Pastor Riley is currently writing up his full study on Revelation in several parts. I hope to catch up to the wisdom of these two great men of Yahovah.
In this brief study, I am going to try and decrypt Daniel 12:11-12, by the numbers, using the KEY discovered over 40 years ago by Pastor Riley. By the end of this study, you should be able to tell me if I’ve succeeded in my mission. Let’s dig in.
Revelation 8:12 HRB “And the fourth cherub trumpeted. And the third part of the sun, and the third part of the moon, and the third part of the stars, was struck, that the third part of them might be darkened, and the third part of the day might not appear; and in the same way the night.”
Revelation 8:12 NJB “The fourth angel blew his trumpet, and a third of the sun and a third of the moon and a third of the stars were blasted, so that the light went out of a third of them and the day lost a third of its illumination, and likewise the night.”
Revelation 8:12 The Scriptures 1998+ “And the fourth messenger sounded, and a third of the sun was struck, and a third of the moon, and a third of the stars, so that a third of them were darkened. And a third of the day did not shine, and likewise the night.”
In the highlighted last phrase of the verse above, we see the term “the third part”. This is Strong’s # G5154, the Greek word tritos, meaning third, a third part, the third part, a third time. As a result of the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th trumpets, we earthlings will lose a third of our 24 hour day. That is literally what verse 12 is saying.
Now, here’s the quote from Pastor Riley’s study that kick-started my accounting mind to crunch out numbers from the Almighty once again: “I [Pastor F.M. Riley] always take God’s Word at face value as literal truth unless the Word itself indicates it is to be taken otherwise. This then means that the length of the day will be reduced by “one third” from 12 hours to 8 hours, and the length of the night “likewise.” In other words, instead of the normal 24 hour day which we presently experience, the length of an entire day will be reduced by “one third” to 16 hours.” This quote is taken from Part 2 of Pastor Riley’s Rightly Dividing the Revelation series. As I meditated on Pastor Riley’s words, Yahovah just inspired me to begin calculating what I was learning. With the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Trumpets of Revelation, we see our clock getting a major reset. One – speeding up to a 360 day revolution, or year, around the sun. Two – to a day that is 1/3 shorter, from 24 to 16 hours per day, by also speeding up our daily rotation, or spin, around our earth axis. Yahovah is about to compress time just for us, His saintly children! This is a moment to say thank you to your Heavenly Father!! The end is not just coming, it’s coming more rapidly after these trumpet blasts.
In a prophetic 360 day year of 24 hour days, we have 8,640 hours to travel one revolution (360 degrees) around the sun. At first, I calculated our earthly spin at 1,000 mph to get a 24 hour day in which we travel 24,000 miles around at the equator. I am not an astronomer, mathematician, scientist, or physicist, I’m an accountant, so 24 hours is close enough for our illustrations. Accounting is an art, deal with it. I, I mean Yahovah, bumped up our earth’s rotation to 1,500 mph. 500 mph is EXACTLY 1/3 of a 1,500 mph spin. Guess how many hours are in an earth day at 1,500 mph? EXACTLY 16 hours to travel the same 24,000 miles!! 24,000 miles / 1,500 mph = 16 hours duration in our new reset clock day. Reduction of a 24 hour day by 1/3, or 8 hours, gives us a 16 hour day, which is EXACTLY what Revelation 8:12 is telling us. One third part of a day is missing, as well as one third part of the night!! If daylight is 12 hours, reduced by 1/3, daylight becomes 8 hours. If nighttime is 12 hours, reduced by 1/3, nighttime becomes 8 hours. 8 hours of daytime plus 8 hours of nighttime equal a 16 hour day!! The resulting 16 hour day from Revelation 8:12, the Fourth Trumpet, is the KEY to decrypting Daniel 12:11-12.
So, what does this mean? Well, to travel the same 360 degree revolution around the sun, with the earth spinning at 1,500 mph, which causes our new 16 hour days, we get 540 solar days in our reset clock year! In other words, if our day will be reduced to 16 hour days, which means we are spinning FASTER by 1/2, from 1,000 mph to 1,500 mph, a 50% increase in velocity of spin, we will have 540 16 hour days in each revolution around the sun during the Great Tribulation. Bear with me now. With this reset clock, the prophetic 3 1/2 year Great Tribulation will be crammed into 2.33333333 revolutions, or years, around the sun (540 days per year X 2.33333333 years = 1,260 prophetic days)! Time is shortened for the elect, from 3 ½ revolutions around the sun, to 2.33333333 revolutions around the sun!! Matthew 24:22 HRB “And except those days were shortened [from 24 hours to 16 hours each!!], not any flesh would live. But on account of the chosen, those days will be shortened [from 24 hours to 16 hours each!!].” Mark 13:20 HRB “And if Yahovah had not shortened the days, not any flesh would live; but because of the elect whom He chose, He has shortened the days [from 24 hours to 16 hours each!!].” Those are the words of your Master and Savior, Yeshua HaMashiach, your very own Creator!! Notice, even look it up for yourself, Yeshua stated PLAINLY that He was going to shorten the days, NOT the year, NOT the month, NOT the week!! I believe we have just discovered how short the day will become. Thank you to Pastor Riley for giving us the KEY to decrypt Daniel 12:11-12. The context of Yeshua’s statements is the end times. Revelation 8’s context is the end times. The context of most of the Book of Daniel is the end times. Luke 21:11 and 25 confirm that there will be great signs in the heavens in the end times. Your clock is about to get clocked, your alarm bell is about to get rung, I hope and pray that you are ready to meet your Maker.
A little bump from a huge burning mountain, or asteroid, or Wormwood, or the finger of Yahovah, will increase our velocity of spin to exactly 1,500 mph, while at the same instant speeding up our revolution around the sun, which will reduce our 365 ¼ day year to the prophetic 360 day year, to fulfill end time prophecy. 360 X 24 = 8,640 hours. 540 X 16 = 8,640 hours. Has prophecy changed? Has Yahovah changed? Has time changed? ONLY THE LENGTH OF A DAY will change!!
I continued to meditate on Revelation 8:12 and Pastor Riley’s thoughts and my newly discovered reset earth clock. Well, Yahovah is ever faithful to continue to download into my tiny brain. I asked Him, since You adjust the earth year and the earth day, does this also affect our month? Does the moon get hit also, or does our lunar or solar month change? So, I started calculating again. We know that with the perfect prophetic biblical calendar of 360 days per year, we had EXACTLY 12 30 day months. 360 / 30 = 12 lunar months. But what do we get AFTER our deadly clock reset and end up with 540 16 hour days in our reset earth year? Well, the current lunar month averages 29.5 days per month, but I calculated using the old reliable 30 day lunar month by 24 hour perfect days to get 720 hours per month. 720 hours / 16 hour days = 45 days per month! BINGO!! Our new lunar month will be EXACTLY 45 days long. That’s great, but what about our new solar month? Well, our new reset earth year has 540 solar days in it. 540 days per year / 45 days per month = 12 solar months, EXACTLY!! Wow! Do you see it? Yahovah doesn’t have to, but I believe He is about to resync our solar system, so our lunar month and solar month are BOTH EXACTLY 45 days each, at least through the Great Tribulation, and possibly through the Millennium!! I want you to know, when Yahovah showed me our new month, I just sat back with a blown mind and marveled at His greatness!! I am not smart enough to make this stuff up. I’m not sure if unholywood could make this stuff up. And just for the record, if you go from a 30 day month to a 45 day month, that is also a 50% INCREASE in the length of the month!! Chart it out for yourself, but with EXACTLY 12 months in a year, the Feasts of Yahovah will not be affected by the deadly clock reset. Abib 14 will still be Passover. Tishri 1 will still be Feast of Trumpets. Tishri 10 will still be Yom Kippur, Sukkot will always begin on Tishri 15, etc. Pentecost will always be on the Sunday, 50 days after the Feast of First Fruits!!
That 45 days sounded real familiar to me, so now we must grab the KEY and take a look at Daniel 12:8-13 HRB “And I heard, but I did not understand. And I said, O my master, what shall be the end of these things? 9And He said, Go, Daniel! For the words are closed up and sealed until the end time. 10Many shall be purified and made white and refined. But the wicked shall do wickedly. And not one of the wicked shall discern, but the wise shall discern. 11And from the time the continual sacrifice shall be taken away, and the abomination that desolates set up, there shall be a thousand, two hundred and ninety days. 12Blessed is he who waits and reaches to the thousand, three hundred and thirty five days. 13But you go on to the end, for you shall rest and stand for your lot at the end of the days.” Now, take the KEY from Revelation 8:12, place it in Daniel 12:11-12 and simply turn the KEY!! 1,335 days – 1,290 days = 45 days!! Has anyone you know ever understood that 45 days referenced in Daniel 12:11-12 to be ONE MONTH!?! Well, it’s a possibility. And guess what? The Book of Daniel is now open and unsealed. Revelation 10:2, 8-11 HRB “And he had in his hand a little scroll [Book of Daniel] having been opened. And he placed his right foot on the sea, and the left on the land. . . 8And the voice which I heard out of the Heaven was again speaking to me, and saying, Go, take the little scroll having been opened in the hand of the cherub standing on the sea and on the land. 9And I went away toward the cherub, saying to him, Give the little scroll to me. And he said to me, Take and eat it up, and it will make your belly bitter, but it will be sweet as honey in your mouth. 10And I took the little scroll out of the cherub’s hand, and ate it. And it was sweet like honey in my mouth; and when I ate it, my belly was made bitter. 11And he said to me, You must again prophesy before peoples and nations and tongues and kings.” I believe the Revelation 8:12 KEY has unlocked, even decrypted, the sealed up verses of Daniel 12:11-12!! And here’s an observation. Is it possible that Revelation 8:12, the Fourth Trumpet, happens at the end of day 1290 and the FIRST 45 DAY MONTH in human history is what was shown to Daniel in Daniel 12:11-12? Meaning, maybe Yahovah is planning TWO earth clock resets. The first earth clock reset takes us to the perfect prophetic 360 day year end time calendar, and then a second earth clock reset takes us to the perfect 540 day per year survivor calendar!?! Read and heed, my friends, read and heed and give Yahovah glory!!
Yahovah is under NO obligation from anyone to resync the lunar and solar months, but many scholars believe that in ancient times, during King Hezekiah’s 14th year, when he got sick and was near death and cried out to Yahovah for life, Yahovah may have used an astronomical flyby to adjust the clock as seen in Isaiah 38:7-8 HRB “So this shall be the sign to you [King Hezekiah] from Yahovah, that Yahovah shall do this thing that He has spoken: 8Behold, I will bring back the shadow of the steps which has gone down in the steps of Ahaz with the sun, backward ten steps. So the sun went back up ten steps, by which steps it had gone down!” See also 2 Kings 20. At that moment, Yahovah may have slowed earth’s revolution around the sun from 360 to 365 ¼ days per year. Before the asteroid or comet flyby, I believe from creation to King Hezekiah’s 14th year, the lunar and solar months were both EXACTLY 30 24 hour days each. The lunar and solar months have been out of sync ever since that flyby that occurred about 715 BC. I believe Yahovah is about to resync our lunar and solar months, as part of His fulfillment to shorten these coming days for the sake of the elect.
Now, if your mind is not blown yet, try this on for size. Revelation 11:1-2 WoY “And there was given me a reed like unto a rod: and the angel stood, saying, Rise, and measure the temple of Yahovah, and the altar, and them that worship therein. 2But the court which is without the temple leave out, and measure it not; for it is given unto the Gentiles: and the holy city shall they tread under foot forty and two months.” and Revelation 13:5 WoY “And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months.” Ok, so let’s say these events occur AFTER our deadly clock reset and we then have 45 day months. So, 42 months X 45 (16 hr) days per month = 1,890 solar days (of 16 hrs each) / 540 (16 hr) days per reset earth year = EXACTLY 3.5 YEARS!!!! Now, if that doesn’t get your spirit soaring to new heights of praise and worship, we don’t have much to talk about!! 42 X 45 = 1,890 / 540 = 3.5. Please verify. The Revelation 8:12 KEY may work to decrypt more than just Daniel 12:11-12. It may help us understand the whole Great Tribulation timeline!
Daniel 12:7 HRB “And I heard the man clothed in linen, who was on the waters of the river, when He held up His right and His left hand to the heavens and swore by Him who lives forever, that it shall be a feast, feasts, and half to the next feast. And when they have made an end of scattering the power of the holy people, all these things shall be finished.” The feasts of Yahovah are dress rehearsals of future events, as well as memorials of past events.
Daniel 12:7 NKJV “Then I heard the man clothed in linen, who was above the waters of the river, when he held up his right hand and his left hand to heaven, and swore by Him who lives forever, that it shall be for a time, times, and half a time; and when the power of the holy people has been completely shattered, all these things shall be finished.”
A lot of people believe Daniel 12:7 tells us there are 3 ½ years in the Great Tribulation. Our 42 months of 45 16 hour days each = 3 ½ years EXACTLY. Our decrypting formula, using the Revelation 8:12 KEY, does not violate Daniel 12:7, it CONFIRMS it, it UNLOCKS it, it DECRYPTS it!
I do not see this deadly clock reset as violating any end-time prophecy. 1260 days is 1260 days, whether it’s a 16 hour or a 24 hour day. Same with the 1290 and 1335 days, and even 2520, 2300, or 1150 days. Yahovah can change the length of a day if He wants to. A day is a day is a day. Yeshua stated PLAINLY that He is going to shorten the days! The 42 months is not violated, only confirmed, and now understood. The future three and one half year Great Tribulation is not violated, only confirmed, and now understood. If you see a Scriptural violation in any of my calculations, please let me know. Yahovah could bring the earth back to a 24 hour day, 360 day original creation year, like it apparently was before King Hezekiah’s 14th year, but Revelation 8:12 seems to indicate that is not going to happen. Wormwood happens in verse 11, the deadly clock reset happens in verse 12. The first four trumpets are pretty ugly and could all be involved in the earth clock reset, with very little time elapsing between trumpet blasts. Yahovah said we’d be blessed if we could stretch our minds from the 1290 days to the 1335 days. Reach for it, expand your thinking, let Yahovah take you into the heavenlies!
42 months X 45 days each = 1,890 days per 3.5 years. 2 X 1,890 days = 3,780 days in seven years. Does a 7 year tribulation period of 3,780 days sound like enough time to have events play out in 2,520 days, 2,300 days, 1,150 days, 1,260 days, 1,290 days, 1,335 days, 42 months, a time, times, and half a time, 3 ½ years, etc.? Time appears to be very relative. Daniel 8:14 HRB “And he said to me, For two thousand, three hundred evenings and mornings, [1,150 days] then the sanctuary will be made righteous.” Revelation 11:3 HRB “And I will give to My two witnesses, and they will prophesy a thousand, two hundred and sixty days, dressed in sackcloth.” Revelation 12:6 HRB “And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she had a place, it having been prepared from Elohim, that there they might nourish her a thousand two hundred and sixty days.” Notice, John and Daniel did not define in hours the length of these end time days, except with the KEY in Revelation 8:12! I believe we have defined and proven them to be 16 hour days. Well, what do you think? Have we violated Daniel and John’s revelations, or have we just unlocked and decrypted them with a 16 hour per day KEY, discovered by Pastor F.M. Riley? Let me know what you think.
Will Yahovah reset the 7 day week, or shabuwa? I don’t think so. Before King Hezekiah’s day, with a perfect 360 day creation year, there were 51.43 weeks per year. Today, with our 365 ¼ day year, there are 52.18 weeks per year. After the reset clock, when we will have a 540 day year, there will be 77.14 weeks per year. Our Sabbath rest day is NOT affected by an annual clock reset, or by a number of hours in a day clock reset. Every seven days we are to rest, probably on out into eternity future. During the tribulation, with 77 week years, our Torah portions could be a lot shorter, but then again, you will only have a 16 hour Sabbath in which to enjoy the parsha!! Yahovah has a great sense of humor!!
Now, try this thought on. So, let’s say we’re living in this new reset earth clock era, but we still have our 8 hour per day job!! Now, you will only have 8 other hours in which to get rest and eat and shower, and transport yourself back and forth to work, etc. That could be a real problem for the survivors of the reset clock day. So, what if some brilliant person (i.e. an anti-messiah type person) comes up with the idea of a MANDATORY DAY OFF, ONCE EVERY 7 DAYS, AND ITS DECIDED UPON TO BE SUNDAY? Tadah!! A new Sunday law may be one humanistic solution to the reset clock situation. Sabbath keepers be warned.
Read Revelation 8 again and again. The 7th seal is about to be opened, bringing the 7 trumpet judgments of Yahovah upon this earth. Many plants, animals, fish, birds, and humans are going to die, as well as our earth clock being reset.

Look up, your redemption draweth nigh. . .rapidly, and more rapidly, even rapidlier and more rapidlier!! Just remember Who’s clock it is, Who’s in charge of His clock, and Who’s in charge of each of your heartbeats.
