ANSWERS AND QUESTIONS

A READER ASKS: “What I meant about man creating time was that if God created us and he is outside of time then only man can experience time the way we do. Also man created the division of days into hours and minutes and seconds. And man named the days and months right?”

GENE’S ANSWER: Well, you could argue from Deut. 16:1 that Yehowah named at least the first month of Abib, Deuteronomy 16:1, “Observe the month of Abib, and keep the Passover to Yehowah your Divine One, for in the month of Abib, Yehowah your Divine One brought you out of Egypt by night (of the 15th).” But Moses did the writing, a man, and there is only this verse for the naming the month of Abib, the first month. In 1 Kings 6:1 you see the second month named, Ziv. That was hundreds of years before the Exile to Babylon. Mostly, the Hebrews, before the Exile to Babylon, just numbered the months. Yeshua did experience time as a man on his first trip to earth, and even before, as the Angel/Messenger of Yehowah in the Tanach.

A READER ASKS: “If the end of time is in a 1,000 years how can you also say that the world will end in 5-10 years? Isn't that contradictory?”

The world as we know it will end in 5-10 years. TEOTWAWKI, The End Of The World As We Know It. Man’s system(s) of civil government will come to an end when Yeshua returns to set up his Kingdom on earth for 1,000 years. Time continues to the end of the Millennial Reign of Yeshua on earth. His earthly reign will be known as a Theocracy. That’s a cool word to sink your teeth into for creative writing! Do you have a dictionary on your tablets? Look that word up.

A READER ASKS: “Do you happen to know when Genesis 3:15 was written?”

GENE’S GUESS: My guess is that Moses wrote Genesis somewhere between the Exodus in 1650 BC and 1611 BC when he died. That’s around 3,672 years ago.

A READER ASKS: Wait, how is Gen 3:15 saying anything about Messiah?

GENE’S ANSWER: Genesis 3:15, “I will put hostility between you and the woman, and between your seed and her seed. He will crush your head, and you will bruise his heel.” SOMB. Gen. 3:15 is a prophecy. The woman’s seed is referring to Messiah, as the Son Of Man, or the Son Of The Virgin, to come thousands of years later. Ha Satan’s seed refers to non-believers who have persecuted believers since the beginning. Ha Satan bruised Yeshua’s heel at the crucifixion, literally. The nails were driven through Yeshua’s ankles on the SIDE of the post of the cross. Yeshua punched ha Satan in the head when he died on the cross and rose again 3 days later. He will finally crush ha Satan’s head at the end of His Millennial Reign on earth, in about 1,000 years from now (c. 3030 AD), when He throws the Devil into the Lake of Fire. Revelation 20:10, “The Devil, who deceived them, was thrown into the Lake of Fire and burning sulfur, where the beast and the false prophet had been thrown (1,000 years earlier, c. 2030 AD). They will be tormented day and night forever and ever.” SOMB.

A READER ASKS: “The mainstream Christian church says Jesus (aka Yeshua) in the "New Covenant" is all about love and mercy. But you're telling me he comes to divide and kill with the sword. How do you reconcile these two ideas?”

GENE’S ANSWER: Well, the so-called Christian Church is insanely nuts. They don’t know their Bible, nor do they believe their Bible. They outright reject the Tanach, the First Covenant, the part they call the Old Covenant, because of a false doctrine known as Replacement Theology. They don’t even obey the 4th Commandment, for crying out loud! Yeshua stated in Luke 12:49-53, “I intend to cast fire upon the earth (Mat. 3:11-12). Why would I be happy to see the fire of judgment already kindled? 50But I have an immersion to be immersed with, and how I am distressed, until it is completed! 51Do you think that I came to bring peace on the earth? No, I tell you, but rather division. 52For from now on, there will be five in one house divided, three people against two, and two people against three. 53They will be divided, father against son, and son against father; mother against daughter, and daughter against mother; mother-in-law against her daughter-in-law, and daughter-in-law against mother-in-law” (Mic. 7:6; Mat. 10:34-35).” SOMB. The Word through the Ruach divides us as people make their decisions either for or against it and Him. Replacement Theology has no place in the believers heart or mind. Yeshua came the first time to kickstart people again into making their decisions for Yehowah and his word. He’s coming the second time on Judgment Day to kill with the Sword of the Word out of his mouth. Revelation 19:15, “Out of his mouth goes a sharp sword with which he strikes down the ethnicities, and he will rule them with an iron rod (Psa. 2:9). He tramples in the winepress of the fury of the wrath of Yehowah Almighty (Isa. 63:2-3; Joel 3:13; Psa. 45:3).” and Revelation 19:21, “The rest of them were killed by the sword that came out of the mouth of the One who rode on the horse. All the birds ate their dead flesh.”

The first time he came, he came as the loving, redeeming, forgiving Lamb of Yehowah to be slain for our sins, to remove the penalty of death from us. The second time he comes, within hopefully the next 5-10 years, he comes as the Lion of the Tribe of Judah, as the Almighty Judge of all reality and created beings. Yeshua passed His Father’s Judgment in perfect righteousness. The question for us is, will we pass His Judgment when He returns, when our faces will be firmly planted facedown before our Maker? Philippians 2:9-11, “Therefore, Yehowah also highly exalted him. He gave him the name that is above every name. 10He did this, so that in the name of Yeshua every knee should bend, the knees of those in Heaven and on earth and under the earth. 11And he did this, so that every tongue should confess that Yeshua Messiah is Yehowah, to the glory of Yehowah the Father (Isaiah 45:23; Rom. 14:11).” SOMB.
